Absolutely awful ! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 weeks ago, nothing delivered, unlikely it was even dispatched. Spoke on the phone twice and now calls go unanswered. Emails ignored. If the item is no longer available I’d rather be told and refunded. My advice would be to avoid at all costs if you actually want to receive items ordered and paid for.
DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITEThey sent me the wrong pods and have been fobbing me off and lying to me ever since my first email to them on 22nd July. They originally said they would correct this. They then ignored 5 other emails. No offer of a refund just repeatedly ignored my emails. In my last review they replied via trust pilot to say there was a communication breakdown and to email them and it would be sorted. And all they did was continue to ignore my emails. Please don’t order from this site. They will send you whatever they want to then repeatedly ignore all communication and make it your problem. WASTE OF MONEY
