You’ll encounter numerous standard questions about common issues with their products. Many items seem rushed to market, lacking real quality. Unfortunately, you won't find any actual support from their '24-hour customer service'—there's simply no one available to assist. No solutions are provided, and the company never responds. They only take your money, leaving you with faulty products and no help whatsoever.

You'll find a barrage of standard responses to well-known issues with their products. Many of their items seem hurriedly produced, lacking real quality. Moreover, the promised "24-hour support" is nonexistent; there's simply no assistance available. They take your money, leave you with malfunctioning products, and never respond.

When I ordered a vape and pods, I had no idea how inadequate their customer service was. It's been nearly a month since I placed my order, and the shipping status still shows 'preparing to ship.' There's no option to cancel my order for a refund, and no customer service available to help. I certainly won't be purchasing from this company again.
