Terrible customer service,
Ordered a tracksuit not true to size requested to return they tell me I can’t get money back had to be a voucher, then agree wait a week for them to reply so I can send it back & I am told it’s passed the 14 day return policy, crap material crap service avoid!!!

This is one of the only brands thats has truely supported me with the work I do with the young people and community. They have provided and supported with many of my projects. Away from the support, it is one of the only casual clothing brands I wear and actually have kept on using their hats over the last few years down the the quality and time they last. The clothing especially the dreams tracksuits are of very high quality and a nice comfortable fit. Ive been wearing fp over the last few years from socks, bags, jackets, tracksuits and hats and will always be. Brand that cares for customers, quality and community!
Had a t-shirt that was too big for me, messaged the page and got an instant response on how to return my order for a different size nice and easy. Normally waiting 2/3 days and having to go through hoops and loops with other companies! Thanks guys
