Regrettably, the service relies on a local delivery company that has proven to be unreliable. My parcel was delivered to the incorrect address, making it impossible for us to retrieve it. I ended up having to track it down through a local social media group. I'm planning to pick it up this weekend.
The service was excellent; however, the delivery experience was completely marred by the delivery service used. Despite my request for delivery to the second floor of our small apartment block with a lift, the delivery person ignored it and left the package in the foyer. Surely a better delivery option exists?
