Frustrating booking process

I had a frustrating experience after booking a flight, only to discover it was for the wrong date by just one day. I attempted to make changes but only had access to an AI, and the cost to change was double that of booking a new flight. When I tried to cancel for a refund, they wanted to charge me even more for cancellation with no refund offered. I strongly suggest staying away from this service.

Disappointing experience

Unexpected charges for flight change
