I wish the support team had been more helpful, as they are quite difficult to work with. If you express frustration, they might block you permanently. Additionally, their software operates on a donation basis, requiring contributions for unlimited access. It also tends to crash and produces odd sounds, like a robotic audio effect, until the software is reset. I attempted to reach out via email, but they still didn't understand my concerns regarding social media support. I've been blocked on several platforms, and I'm considering looking for another software provider. Their team appears to have biases, which is disappointing.
