I would be careful giving your contact details to this company. They send unsolicited SMS/market texts which cannot be blocked! I have sent their UK support numerous emails to delete my contact details from their database but still I’m getting these texts . I have only bought their products once and they’re expensive and not worth the money. I haven’t seen any improvements in my hair loss/growth. I wouldn’t be spending anymore buying their products. I will be taking my complaint further if I still continue to get marketing texts from them.
I saw the Vedix's page and was interested in trying their products, I have entered my card details and had the amount get deducted on a monthly basis for 5 months, without receiving any products. To stop the amount get deducted, I have cancelled my card. After communicating with the support team, they have refunded most of the amount back, remaining 1 partial amount. Although I rated them 3 stars, I have not tried their products, the 3 stars were given because they have refunded the amount as promised.
The comments about not being able to cancel subscription are not truthful. Ordered in 2022, cancelled no any unexpected charges or orders have been placed since then. Now I want to place a new order (just there is some shampoo left and I found I am going mad of its scent! Too good. I had cancelled the subscription in 2022 because of awful reviews. Vedix team can you help me to create an order with shampoo only? If you read this Thank you
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had, with both Vedix and their courier partner Atlantic. I placed an order on June 21st with a clear promise of delivery within 5 working days. It's now July 4th and the parcel is still missing.Vedix claims the parcel was dispatched and shared a tracking link, but nothing has moved. The tracking updates have gone from “Consignee Not Available” (a complete lie, no one contacted me) to now “Wrong Number.” Absolutely ridiculous. My contact number is correct, and I’ve been waiting without any communication from the courier.Their WhatsApp customer service is a joke, just copy-paste apologies and no real resolution. I reached out multiple times and even made an international call from the UAE to India, only to be told to "send an email" instead of actually helping me. No ownership, no urgency, no care.It feels like no one is accountable, and there’s zero coordination between Vedix and their delivery partner. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, stay away from Vedix.
