Avoid this seller completely! I spent $87 and never received my orders, and they refuse to refund my money. The post office said the tracking number is insufficient. I've contacted them multiple times about a refund, but they have not responded. CUSTOMER BEWARE.
This deserves zero stars... My order was never delivered. I had it sent to my address, but they told me to check with the post office, which I did, and they looked at me strangely. They won't replace the order or offer a refund. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is! #justdon'tdoit.
SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY! I wish I could give this ZERO stars! My sister ordered a flower wall and paid for expedited delivery…it was NEVER delivered and they are denying a refund because (wait for it) she has to return the item for a refund! How can you return what you didn’t receive? Anyway, she’s getting her money through a bank dispute…lesson learned ~ read the reviews FIRST! Do *not* purchase anything from this company
I ordered products from veedeoo on the 09 July 2025 and on the 28 July 2025 the 17 Track tracking agency said that my product was delivered but I did not receive it. They said i must contact local post offices and to check with neighbours if they have not received it and why would they. I have sent numerous emails to Veedeeoo and they have not been able to give me clarity or help me retrieve or refund the products. All the reviews on this platform are the true reflection of what I have been through. It seems its a scam and I do hope the scammers are caught out and dealt with as they are playing with customers hard earned money which is not right.
Really, if there was the option for 0 I would choose that.DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a beautiful floral backdrop for my daughter’s wedding with plenty of lead time. I never received it and after emailing many times, never received a response! I tried signing into the account and it says your email is not recognized. So mad
I bought a package from them and they lied by saying it showed up but no ones signed so its lost in a UPS store. I have cameras showing no one showed up. They will not refund or provide any compensation or help. Horrible customer service and a straight scam company dont buy from the.
