I've sent three emails seeking advice on how to exchange a t-shirt for a larger size. There's no phone number available, so I've had to rely on written communication. Sadly, I haven't received any replies. The customer service has been very disappointing, especially given their claims of being a supportive company.

I placed an order and paid for a t-shirt, but after two weeks, I've received no updates. No tracking information, emails are bouncing back, and the 'view your order' link is unresponsive. The website link doesn't work either. I will now need to follow up with my bank. It feels like a scam, so I recommend avoiding this site to save your time and money.

Mixed Feelings

Initially, I rated this experience one star but later revised it to 3.5 as they are now working to resolve the issue. Perhaps there's someone behind this after all. Update 2: A replacement was sent, although it arrived late and was no longer a birthday gift. At least it eventually arrived. My first feedback mentioned I fell for their social media ads. I ordered a time-sensitive Race Bike Coffee 67 T-Shirt and received something entirely different. Now I'm pursuing a refund or replacement. Frustrating!

Discount Issues

I was supposed to receive a 15% discount on my first order, but the code never came to my inbox. I attempted to send the item directly to the intended recipient instead of myself, but that option didn't work. Why would I want to pay for shipping twice?

Questionable Legitimacy

I'm unsure if this website is legitimate due to a significant grammar error on the homepage - 'check you’re in box.' The layout is quite strange, and using my phone made it challenging to select items, so I gave up. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality or service, but the website does not inspire confidence.
