Compulsory terminal use raises expenses

They mandate using their own terminal for payment processing, which allows them to impose additional charges on top of the already high monthly fee of $390. There are far better alternatives available at much lower prices.

Not surprising to see so many low ratings

They compel you to utilize their own terminal for processing payments, allowing them to charge even more on top of the hefty monthly subscription of $390. There are numerous better options in the market at much more affordable prices.

Absolutely the worst service I've encountered

This has been the most frustrating experience for two months. I’ve changed passwords countless times, yet nothing works. This has impacted my job, housing, healthcare, and more. The whole situation feels reminiscent of oppressive regimes. I wouldn't even give it one star if I could rate it lower. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Terrible company

This company makes it nearly impossible to cancel services, ignores emails, and withdraws funds from your account without prior notice. Once you're locked in, they start imposing penalties for not using their additional services, resulting in outrageous fines. Highly frustrating experience.

Completely irresponsible service

Since my last feedback, absolutely nothing has changed! I received an email claiming the issue was resolved, but that was not the case. The response from the support team was inadequate, and the problem remains unresolved, resulting in warnings from authorities about incorrect invoices. This platform has become a nightmare for tax-inclusive businesses.

A nightmare since the change

Since the transition, it has been a disaster. I'm now facing an additional $200 monthly fee for not using their terminals, and suddenly there's a transaction fee that never existed before. We're forced to use their terminals even though we’re a small business struggling financially. Very disappointing experience.

Long-time customer facing unexpected charges

My business has been with this service for six years, consistently paying a monthly fee. Recently, they decided to charge for using a third-party processor, which we don't even have linked. We received an unexpected transaction fee that shouldn't apply to us. Customer service confirmed the error, but we continue to be billed incorrectly. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

Customer service has drastically declined

Since the acquisition, the level of customer support has plummeted. The representatives are unable to resolve issues, and their AI solutions are ineffective. As someone managing multiple locations, I'm seriously contemplating switching to a different POS system. It's disappointing because they used to be reliable.

Just a couple of days ago, the company implemented changes without notifying customers, causing significant issues with register closures and accounting entries. This pattern of unannounced changes has made the service worse than it was before, which is disheartening.
