The phone i ordered is fine but no mention was made about trade in or how to dispose of my old phone it was only mentioned after i had received the replacement. I am now stuck with a phone i do not want and do not know how to dispose of it.
Bought ultra Apple Watch had damage to watch face , charger was cheap Chinese did not charge watch , strap also cheap Chinese rubber strap
Tried to get reimbursed an no joy !
Don’t buy as they are not genuine sellers !

We'll see how things unfold. I was quite let down when I was quoted $170 for the buyback of my iPhone 11, which is in pristine condition for a 2020 device. Not a single scratch on it. I provided all the details and received that quote. I sent it back, trusting the process, and in the meantime, I bought a ‘refurbished’ iPhone 11 Pro for $409 to replace the phone I returned.
Then, I received an email stating that, due to my battery being at 73% capacity, they would only offer me $30! This email came from a different entity, so it was not even the same company I initially dealt with.
Even accounting for a battery replacement, that still doesn’t justify the difference from the $170 quoted. They would likely resell it for over $400 given its condition, so they are profiting regardless. UPDATE:
I got a call from their support team yesterday, and they expressed regret about the situation. The representative mentioned that he was not well-liked at the company for advocating for customers and offered me an additional $50 because he recognized their mistake… but only if I removed my review!
I complied, received my payment, but I'm reposting this because that feels like blackmail and is not how a business should operate. They should have offered me the full amount they initially quoted, rather than just an extra $50! So…
