Bought iPhone 12. Late arrival (more than 10 days later than promised). Battery was horrible…hardly lasted 3 hours, although I bought it as “excelente” (guarantee of at least 80% of battery capacite”. I returned the phone, and after 2 weeks chasing them…They now say the can’t replace. Gave me the money back. Horrible service. Horrible state of the device.

The ordering process was simple and easy with lots of phone options to choose from. I ordered an iPhone 8 as I wasn’t requiring the latest and greatest gadget. Delivery was within 24 hours - perfect for my needs! The phone looks brand new for a second hand phone and it seems to be working like new. Let’s hope it lasts the distance. I haven’t had to deal with customer support so cannot comment on that aspect of the service.
