Venom sells other people's brands. They cannot vouch for every company. That being said. They sent a BRAND NEW MOTOR to me when my 400cc adventure bike motor started grinding. Rod in customer service is an unmatched professional. Everyone I dealt with was respectful and kind. They did not have to send an entire motor for another companies bike, BUT THEY DID. None of the big motorcycle companies would go that far. I am a lifelong customer. I will buy from Venom again WITHOUT HESITATION. They have your back. I see a lot of 1 star reviews. I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I trust them 100%. Please, if you do purchase a Chinese bike, know going in exactly what you are buying. Some brands are better than others. Do your research on the brand. Venom Motorsports is #1 in the business. I can't say enough good things about the people I've dealt with. Bought a brand new e-grizzly never ran they couldn't get it working told me their policy wasn't to deliver a running machine but they would try to fix it it almost burned our house down three times while not even running now they say unfortunately it's out of warranty they're a bunch of Thieves
I purchased the Venom 22GT, and it arrived within a week. Assembly was minimal — just needed to attach the mirrors, handgrip ends, and windscreen. The battery also required combining the battery fluids since it can’t be shipped pre-charged.Before starting it up, I double-checked all fluids, tightened every bolt and screw, and made sure the back seat was securely locked. Initially, the bike wouldn’t start right out of the crate, so I reached out to customer service and started an email exchange with Dom. He was extremely helpful, walking me through the diagnostic process, and there was also plenty of online material to reference.At first, I suspected the electric choke (factory-set and capped at the adjustment screw), but after some trial and error, I realized the valves just needed a simple five-minute adjustment. While it was a bit frustrating that it didn’t start immediately, I appreciated the chance to learn more about my bike in the process.The Venom 22GT is a great-looking starter bike — easy to ride, excellent value, and I’ve received plenty of compliments on its style. As an automatic, it’s a simple throttle-and-go experience. The only minor change I made was replacing the stock reflectors (which looked more like bicycle reflectors) with some aftermarket stickers that really enhance the look.
First off, I want to say the packaging was excellent! The red color is stunning, and the bike is incredibly easy to ride—perfect for beginners. Overall, an outstanding bike. I really appreciate the great service. LIFAN KPR 200 — get yourself one, you won’t be disappointed!
This bike is a complete waste of money. At just 315 miles the electrical system failed and the engine shut off while I was riding. That is not just frustrating it is dangerous. These bikes are unsafe and a serious risk to your health if you ride them. You will not get any value for the money you spend. Customer service is useless and they refuse to honor their own warranty even within the timeframe. Do not buy this bike.
This bike has been nothing but continuous problems since I got It. Troubles starting constantly. Got It fixed and had to pay for It 3 different times already and only owned It for 4 months. They sold me a faulty bike and of course no return policy so don’t bother spending your money here. It’s been nothing but a headache since I bought It. These people give out free bikes to influencers but won’t take a return on something they sold broken. They ask you to take down reviews if It gets fixed and now I’m back even worse. They also have stopped trying to help me with sending me parts I need even though there’s warranty on parts. Kenny their manager is very unprofessional. Not returning my calls, his emails say he has a family emergency yet I haven’t had any help from him for a month now since he promised getting me help from a local shop to fix my bike. When I call to ask to change my ticket to someone else that can help they give me excuses. Customer service has been no help as of lately. This company is fishy. I suggest everyone with bad experience from this company report them for selling bikes with issues from the very beginning. This company has given me the worst experience in owning my first bike. Don’t do It, this company is scamming people.
I purchased a secondhand Venom Quad Racer from a neighbour model 1000 watt battery operated. It was about 5 years old and had been well used giving their sons lots of enjoyment. It was sold to me as is as it needed 4 new tires and new batteries from years of use. Considering I didn't purchase it from Venom the were super helpful and shipped me the tires and batteries right away. Considering it was a used ATV they still treated me as if I bought it from them. It now runs like it was new and my 6 year old grandson will have several years of enjoyment riding it out at their county home. Special thanks to Dave and Johnny for all of their support.
They sell trash I purchased a four wheeler it broke down about 2 months after I bought it starter went out they warrantied it but charged me more than the starter would have cost for shipping then maybe a month later the carburetor is messed up I wouldn't buy anything from them
