After acquiring a new business in London, I mistakenly signed a contract with this service provider, leading to a nightmare. We faced continuous issues with waste collection and were charged for bins that were never picked up. Despite not having the containers they claimed, we were billed over £15,000 in a year and a half and received fines totaling £1,500 for late collections. The account manager was often unavailable, making resolution difficult. It took nearly 18 months to cancel the contract, which was supposed to last only 12 months. Ultimately, we received a letter about an outstanding balance, threatening legal action. Now, we've switched to another provider and are only paying around £250 to £270, demonstrating how overcharged we were.
