I use Ticketmaster for all my gig events, they are the best by far, it’s such an easy and simple website to navigate and on the day of the event the tickets are on there on the app which is so easy and much quicker to access rather than going though your emails. Ticketmaster is a trusted site that I would recommend to everyone, your tickets are safe and secure and it’s just the best way to buy and enjoy all the events you go to. I’ve used Ticketmaster for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always have the best experience with all my events thanks to Ticketmaster.
Went to see Fat Boy Slim at Alexandra Palace. Ticketmaster experience was fine but annoyingly the venue was so overcrowded and hot it was hard to dance and enjoy the experience fully. Friends left early as a result. Try to consider your customer experience over greedy ticket sales.
Great bands, great music. Ticket said 6.30pm although the venue doesn't open until 7.00pm. 30 minutes stood in the rain really didn't help. Kaiser chiefs only played for 42 mins, a little short for the cost of the ticket. I have seen many big names in the past and most play for 2 hours. Also there was NO mention that is your ticket was on level 3 you had a long climb up to your seat. the disabled lift only goes to level 2. Very poor.
I was in the queue half an hour before ticket sales opened for Hilary Duff’s concert in London at The O2 Arena. When I finally entered, there were only about 1k people ahead of me.
When it was my turn to buy, the website kicked me out and said that I was no longer in the queue. When I tried again, I was sent back to the very beginning of the queue, with more than 50k people ahead of me.
Obviously, I couldn’t buy any tickets. I even waited again for the queue to go down and reach my turn a second time, but when it did, I got exactly the same message saying I was no longer in the queue.
So the option to purchase tickets never even opened for me, not once. I was removed from the queue both times.
I strongly believe that Ticketmaster prioritizes resellers/bots and removes real customers from the queue. This is extremely unfair and unacceptable.
I was not happy that I did not recive the e-ticket till the day of the concert, and not having a printer, needed bar code for my phone, which I could not download load because every time I tried, it was infected with malware!?. Eventually I only had my original payment statement on my phone, which thankfully the venue excepted. Enjoyed the concert, but could have done without the hassle beforehand!. I tried contacting TICKETMASTER! But still didnt get any ticket to my phone!.
After complaining about the poor service I got from queue.it.com when trying to get my son tickets for the sidemen charity match for the third failed attempt I was advised to raise the complaint to ticket master from Queue.it
To then receive an email that highlights some poorly trained customer service skills from ticket master.
While I understand that the event is sold out (now) I found the direction of the response to be dismissive and patronising.
Specifically, the inclusion of the employees own experience with the website, why did I need to know?
The response failed to address the technicality of my original query, choosing instead to lecture me on basic registration steps and stadium capacity. Yes I have been there many times I know how many seats Wembley has…and yes I did pre register.
This approach is unhelpful and lacks the professional standard I would expect from the SDMN brand.
The experience was very enjoyable. However discovered the arena is not very disabled friendly, after a member of my group, using crutches at present time, was not assisted for advice with some of the stewards. Regarding Ticket master, have always found them easy to use. Lots of advice provided before the event.
I loved this show. I knew all the tracks and sang as loudly as I could and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a nostalgic experience and I appreciated, that ,although I'll never see the likes of Meatloaf and Ozzy Osbourne live, this was a fantastic substitute .
Awful experience. Paid for tickets to an event, then a service fee, then all sorts of other fees. Then, when I received the tickets, I noticed that they had sent the wrong seats (all of us sat in a row rather than next to each other). They are now saying that they won't help and want to charge me a further fee to rectify it. I showed a screenshot of the seats I'd selected, and they have said that this isn't good enough. They want as much money as they can get from you for doing basic things that other sites don't charge for. This is still on-going but the "pay me" attitude is disgusting. I won't be going to an event if I see Ticketmaster on there again. It's all good, as long as nothing goes wrong, then you're on your own. They will NOT help. Screenshot everything, people. Then hope that they don't just dismiss it.
