The verifone terminals are awful. No real connectivity to the transaction, I suppose it depends on your sales software, but still? The terminals constantly freeze and break down. I feel like I’m using a 2g old Nokia phone. If it’s raining at the store, every third transaction will fail. Everytime I use a verifone terminal, I’m reminded of enshittification, technology going backwards, and stupid bourgeoisie c-class authorising useless crap because it looks shiny and exciting.
Verifone ecomence job, doesn’t give you all the details until you put your own money in this work platform, and if each set is not completed, you are cooked, and cannot get your money back til you come up with the money needed to make the account current Stay away from WhatsApp job
First contact was Cherise very helpful , then came the application process . I sent photographic info as requested one form being Driving license had name and details the second was work badge with photographic I’d but no name , this was not suffice according to the Underwriting Team . There was a couple more hurdles that had to be dealt with as well . Definitely not a seamless application process , I sent them an email and said just cancel the application as I’m being made feel as I’ve done something wrong . Hopefully no one else runs up against the same Brick Wall
had a great service from Robert Price of verifone.comreceived my new terminal and it works great , would highly recommend , would go on to say much better service than my previous terminal supplier who supplied me with a terminal that was out of date and kept failing.
