We originally hired Cyrus when we were looking to purchase our first home because he had so much experience and knowledge working with folks in the military. Since we were so satisfied with the home buying experience we chose to hire him to sell that same home. Cyrus and Jenna made buying and selling a home seamless and stress free. We liked that he came to the home a few months prior to selling to give us tips on what we could do to help our home sell. Then he kept in touch and checked in with us throughout the entire process. We were very happy with the pics and marketing of our home. We were also thankful that he was able to ask the hard questions to the mortgage company since we did a VA assumption loan with the buyer. She communicated often and effectively, making it possible to buy in Washington as an out of state couple. She has expertise with VA Loans and assumable loans. Cyrus assisted me with a divorce home sale. He was excellent at communicating and solving issues especially with me not living in the state. He was great at communicating with myself and my former spouse with zero contact between the two of us. I would highly recommend in high conflict divorce sales!

As a military member PCSing from overseas back to the states and looking to buy a home, Cyrus was the perfect realtor! He was able to accommodate the drastic time difference and work with my PCS/TDY-enroute schedule and still be able to roll into a home right when I got there. He was knowledgeable on timing the market, the surrounding area, he personally recorded walk throughs, and accommodated last minute changes in what we were looking for. Throughout the closing process we hit several road bumps (with the VA and lender, none his fault) and he was able to navigate them all successfully and professionally! Overall, Cyrus is super on top of it and does his job very well! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, military or otherwise!
