I have been using this app for more than two years, and in that time, I have only won a reward once through a draw. The system is clearly based on luck, and for long-term users, the chances of winning are very slim. Although points can be accumulated regularly, actual rewards are largely dependent on infrequent draws, making the app not worth the time spent. Based on my long-term experience, I cannot recommend this app to those looking for consistent or fair rewards.
Despite my friend joining the program through the link I shared, I have yet to receive the referral rewards. They claim my friend might not have signed up using my link. Since my friend was unaware of the program and only registered after I sent the referral link, how could they have signed up otherwise? Additionally, I should be able to see my referred friend in the app, but that feature is also missing, indicating a potential technical issue.
I've been using this service for two years and have received gift cards three times, but after the latest app update, I'm not getting gift cards anymore. I've contacted support multiple times, but I'm still earning points without any real rewards. I'm uninstalling this app as it's a waste of time.
It's convenient that I can just leave the app running to earn points. I used to receive surveys every few months that paid £5, which was better than most that only pay 50p. However, the last two surveys only awarded points instead of the usual £5 voucher. I'm not sure why this change happened.

You really don’t have to do anything with this app—just let it run in the background. I was initially frustrated when I stopped receiving surveys and didn’t win any prizes, but I won the monthly prize today, just in time for Christmas! I'm thrilled as I usually never win anything! I exchanged part of the prize for two supermarket gift cards worth £50 each and still have plenty of points left. Thanks for this!
This service had a strong start with good rewards, but after the initial period, surveys became scarce and it felt gimmicky. If you're considering it, try it for a while but then delete it, as it collects your information with little reward in return. There are better options available. I also want to point out that companies often ask for ratings immediately after setting up a service, which can create a misleading impression of overall quality.
