Edit: I ended up going through my bank to get my money back. The company was mad I gave a bad review and wouldn't give my money back until I changed the review. I wasn't changing the review. But now I am because I feel that you should be warned. While Eric was kind it has been 10 days that I have dealt with this issue and still no refund in my account. I didn't make this purchase and I have cancelled the card just in case. I have flagged this purchase with my bank also. Also I don't even know what this company does or sells or whatever.

My experience with customer service

I noticed that it appeared I had a subscription with vibe4style and so I reached out to them to cancel because I had a lot going on in my life right now and wouldn't even be able to use the things. I must say they didn't give me any problems with canceling and even wrote me a very nice email and refunded my money. If I'm well in the future I will definitely look you guys back up and I'll be sure to tell others about you. Thank you again I really appreciate you.

They're scammers

They're scammers. Once you call them out for scamming too they'll send you a bunch of emails trying to "bribe" you to remove the review with a "refund" of money they stole 😂😂 so they'll steal your money then use it to blackmail you into taking down your review.
