Snow mountain holiday agency is the worst travel agency. Because just like the other four reviews, me and my friends faced the same issues. Last minute this travel agency decided to increased the cost leaving us with no options. Even after talking and convincing the agency, did not listen and in the end gave us the worst solution. So, we had booked for two places Udaipur and Jaipur for 42k at first , and then later on it was increased to 62k, however, after we finalised it to 62, just before our flight to Udaipur, they told us that it will go up to 72k because the cab vendors had increased the cost. But this was just their way of doing business, a dirty business. They told us that if we pay the 72k, they can promise that the rate won’t go higher in the future, so, I mentioned this point to them, since we already agreed and made the final cost of 62k, why didn’t the agency told the cab bookings that they cannot increased their rate anymore. After I mentioned this point, the travel agency, Snow mountain holiday simply kept quiet. Their dirty business was finally out and truth was out. Anyway, it was a horrible experience because they charged 62k for only Jaipur part which was too much because the trip was just for three days. Stay away from this agency.

Pls. Don't go with this agency... They r fraud... In our case for Meghalaya... they quoted us at some price and after payment and booking hotels they demanded extra 80k for further vehicle booking which was totally unacceptable. Even for 5k to 10k we would be agree as it may be not their fault... But their customer policy is not at all professional . On the contrary every time some other person is on the phone and not giving a proper reply and just demanded extra money . So please. Don't go with them and distroy your memorable tour.
Worst ever seen travel where they have a 100% advance pay policy before 20 days of travel and before 10 days to travel they would call and inform that you have to pay more else bookings won’t happenCheapest terrible unprofessional people with low integrity to handle customers who believe them for any travel. Biggest Frauds out there - They are very cordial and polite before you pay them, and once you pay, they change the tone. They change the terms and conditions and prices in between and you will have to pay more if you want them to do the booking. Spoke to multiple people including a lady who threatened me saying if I don't pay more, i can forget my advance. I cancelled the taxi booking from them since they demanded more money, and they were supposed to return 14000 INR, and haven't done it even after 6 months. Absolutely worst scammers, please stay away. EDIT : 6/1/2026 - After numerous phone calls and emails , I never got any response from them. Suddenly, I got 2 calls from them one yesterday and one today, asking me to remove this review. It is funny that they think they don't deserve a negative review for what they did, and the person even told me 14000 Rs is a small amount. Well, it is a small amount for people who make that money by exploiting others. For me, I have to work hours to make that amount. Their promise is they will think about refunding the amount if I remove the review. From whatever interaction I had with them, I learned one thing, that money is gone. And I have come to terms with it. I hope this review helps to save the hard earned cash of others who are out there. There was one more review in this platform yesterday, who went through the same experience that I did and I don't see that review anymore. Looks like they convinced the person to remove it. I will be really interested to know if they kept their side of the deal after that.
