If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. They work with advertisers on fb and other social media platforms where they advertise a special deal on an item for $9.99. In reality, they're charging you for a subscription and not the item you intended on buying. I contacted support and they tried telling me they had no affiliation with the scam on social media. 😂 I guess some random person is just doing them a favor by drawing in customers by false advertising. Already reported them to the BBB and disputed with my bank

Well I just saw this

Well I just saw this. I did end up using the credit to purchase 2 pair of boxers at about $34. Not a good deal, but my escalation team lady said she will credit my account back so I feel that is good service. Thank you
