Review Time
This company is quite disappointing. They do not accept returns, and while the delivery time was stated as 4-5 days, it took 16 days for the items to arrive. When I requested a return form and label, they initially offered a discount instead. After I refused multiple times, they stopped responding altogether. Additionally, I've read other reviews mentioning the poor quality. The items are sourced from overseas.
Do not purchase these tights. The first pair arrived in the wrong color, and the second pair ran in the wash and was not colorfast. A pair costing £40 should not be a one-time use product! Even though the first pair was defective, the company only offered a minimal 15% refund, which is unacceptable. This product should not be available for sale yet.
What you're getting are low-quality tights with designs printed on demand in another country. The designs match the website, but the images are photoshopped to appear brighter and clearer, hiding the visible seams. It took weeks to arrive with no tracking information, and customer service was unresponsive to my inquiries. To top it off, it seems they've generated fake five-star reviews in poor English. I will wear these tights, but I certainly would not have paid this price had I known what to expect.
I spotted VikenPlan's A Fox's Tale tights on their website, and recognized them as Eric Nyffeler's Fox in in the Henhouse from Curbside Clothing. I checked with the artist, and NO, he did not give consent for his original artwork to be used -- so they obviously stole the design. I wonder how many of their other prints AREN'T original and/or have the original artists agreement. 🫤
