I was searching for furniture for my new house on Google when I came across **Vikinterio’s website**. After exploring their collection, I contacted them over a call and discussed purchasing a **Milano marble top six-seater dining table set**, **two sheesham wood beds with side tables**, and a **Chesterfield three-seater sofa with a V-shape coffee table**.
On **2nd January 2026**, we finalized the entire furniture order at **₹2.90 lakhs**. Vikinterio asked for **50% advance payment**, with the remaining balance payable at the time of dispatch, which I agreed to and paid directly into the company’s account. The promised delivery timeline was **25 days**, meaning the furniture was expected to reach me by **25th January 2026**.
On **20th January**, I received a call from their customer support informing me of a **5-day delay**, and that the order would be dispatched on **30th January 2026**. I understood that a minor delay can happen in manufacturing, so I agreed. On **27th January**, I received the **AWB tracking details** via email, with dispatch scheduled for the 30th.
Due to personal commitments, I couldn’t track the shipment on the 30th. When I checked the tracking on **31st January**, it showed as **cancelled/invalid**, which made me concerned. I immediately contacted Vikinterio’s customer support. They asked for about **15 minutes**, and shortly after, their team called me back and shared **new, valid tracking details** via email. They explained that the courier partner allows only **two days of pre-booking**, after which the AWB gets auto-cancelled. The explanation was reasonable, and the issue was resolved promptly.
On **6th February**, I received **all the furniture** and unboxed it. I must say, the **quality is outstanding and beyond my expectations**. The **sofa fabric**, **marble tabletop**, and overall finishing are **truly premium**. Communication throughout the process was good and transparent, except for the slight delay in sharing the updated AWB—but that was resolved quickly. The **staff behavior was polite, professional, and supportive**.
Overall, I am **very satisfied** with my purchase and experience. I would **highly recommend Vikinterio** to anyone looking for premium furniture and reliable service.

We received our six seated dining table set on time and quality is superb, I was also scared by reading reviews but I have them a chance to trust and paid 80k advance on 5th November, and I received my dining set on time, quality is superb and Thanks Vikinterio Team
This guy is fraud and the company is fake. They take money and do not deliver as the company is non-existent. The website looks real but the people are frauds. The name of the person is Shri Vikram Saini and he keeps saying wait for sometime, give me moment etc but does not do his work. I asked him for refund and he is simply not doing that showing his spurious intentions.
