Disappointing bouquet experience

I paid €40 for a medium-sized bouquet, but when it arrived, the flowers were not as shown in the picture. The roses were wilted and far from fresh; some buds were already dead, and petals were falling off. I felt embarrassed to give it to a friend for her birthday because it looked so unpresentable. The bouquet was not medium-sized at all! It seemed like a few flowers were hastily picked and wrapped. The birthday card was just a small square cut from an A4 sheet. Completely absurd! Save your money and consider other options; even supermarket flowers are better than this service.

Very disappointing experience

I've used this service for years, but after my latest experience, I will never use them again. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a friend, but the package was marked as 'refused by the recipient.' My friend was not home, so that was impossible. To make matters worse, the courier marked the package as damaged, meaning the flowers were not delivered in usable condition. When I contacted customer support, their responses were frustratingly unhelpful and dismissive. They insisted the item was refused, despite my explanation, and refused to refund or replace it. Instead of assisting, they told me to contact the courier myself, which was unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be using this service again.

Will never use this service again

I ordered flowers and received an email stating they would be delivered on the 27th of November 2025. It is now the 1st of December, and they still haven't arrived.

Very dissatisfied with the service

I am very dissatisfied with my experience using this service. The confirmation email indicated that a local florist would handle the delivery, but instead, they were sent via a courier. Had I known this, I would not have placed the order. The flowers were supposed to arrive for a birthday yesterday, but there was no delivery attempt either yesterday or today. Now the tracking shows 'next working day,' which means they will arrive late and likely in poor condition. This is unacceptable.

Cancellation policy is misleading

Their site states they accept cancellations, but that is not true! I attempted to cancel within minutes of placing the order, only to be told it wasn't within their time frame.

Unacceptable service regarding order cancellation

One star is too generous; they refused to cancel my order or provide a refund. I asked to change the name on the order, but that was apparently too much work for them. Do not shop here; it's awful.

Terrible experience

This was the worst experience. Avoid at all costs. I paid nearly £40 for a large bouquet for my wife's birthday, and what arrived looked like something picked up at a gas station for a few pounds. When I complained, customer service told me it was because the flowers hadn't bloomed yet. It's tragic and unacceptable. I will never use this service again.
