I paid €40 for a medium-sized bouquet, but when it arrived, the flowers were not as shown in the picture. The roses were wilted and far from fresh; some buds were already dead, and petals were falling off. I felt embarrassed to give it to a friend for her birthday because it looked so unpresentable. The bouquet was not medium-sized at all! It seemed like a few flowers were hastily picked and wrapped. The birthday card was just a small square cut from an A4 sheet. Completely absurd! Save your money and consider other options; even supermarket flowers are better than this service.

When I contacted customer support, their responses were frustratingly unhelpful and dismissive. They insisted the item was refused, despite my explanation, and refused to refund or replace it. Instead of assisting, they told me to contact the courier myself, which was unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be using this service again.
