I purchased the extendable full mop a few weeks ago, and it worked fine a couple of times until January 11th, 2026, when it stopped locking into place and kept sliding down. I tried again today without success, and now I've had to resort to using heavy-duty sticky tape to finish my floors. As someone who has recently lost a spouse and has no one nearby to assist, along with not being able to drive, I can't keep running around buying new mops. I'm quite disappointed.
I bought this duster for $15, and it turned out to be a disappointment. I found a nice, fluffy, long-handled duster for just $5 at a discount store that works much better. I only chose the more expensive one because I was shopping at a supermarket after hours. As we enter 2026, I suggest we get rid of this overpriced item.

I recently bought a mop and bucket combo from a local store, and it has been a huge letdown! I wasted my last money on this. The mop is made of flimsy plastic fibers and fails to soak up any water. How can I get my hard-earned money back? I wouldn't give any stars!
I purchased a retractable washing line about 18 months ago, and after just 6 months, the plastic coating began to peel off. Even a medium load causes it to sag, and heavier loads or windy days lead to the line stretching and dragging the laundry on the ground. Can these issues be addressed in the future? The customer service has been dreadful, only communicating through email. I bought a rotary washing line and chose the most expensive option for quality. A few months later, the lines snapped. I was told new lines would be sent within 10 working days, but I'm still waiting. I plan to file a complaint with the retailer as well.
