i spent 80 euro on pants that are made in china with sh1t quality and i sent an email about returning and they replied with a return form which didnt have the country i ordered the pants to and i emailed then about it and they stopped responding so they are gonna wait the 14 days return day then reply disgrace

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND, no customer service, long wait time, high price, do not even have proper return system set up. THEY ARE A JOKERS terrible/non-existent customer service, took weeks for responce about retuning an order to which they only offered store credited, and still are yet to answer numerous emails.had to pay £20+ for delivery which took two months to arrive and then had to pay another £25 to return order.
My package arrived yesterday, and I wore the suit today. I received a lot of compliments, and several people asked me where I got it from. A few even messaged me directly about the suit.For reference: I’m 1.78 m tall and weigh 64 kg. I ordered the pants in size M and the sweater in size S. I’m 15 years old, and the sizing is really perfect. The sweater fits flawlessly.I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
