SCAM! Charged $1 for a one-time, single vehicle VIN report that never materialized. Then charged $24.99 monthly fee that I tried to cancel, but have been unsuccessful in canceling because I’ve now been charged multiple months! Do not fall for this scam and sign up!!

The report lacks valuable vehicle details

This report is largely ineffective due to incorrect vehicle information, particularly the vehicle model, which is entirely wrong. The only accurate detail I received was regarding vehicle recalls, but there was no history information provided for either past or present. It feels like a waste of a dollar!
