I bought a pair of QuietOn in January of 2024, and they were life savers for getting sleep with my noisy neighbors on all sides. After about a year and a half the batteries stopped charging and I emailed QuietOn and got no response. I discovered that the company had gone out of business and there was no one to contact. In December I checked and found that Soundless had taken over QuietOn. I reached out and they told me I was within warranty time and Katarina sent me a new pair and troubleshooted one of the earbuds not working and sent me a new right earbud.
The customer service is solid and I am so happy they stood by their product and replaced the whole set.

Not only is it a remarkable product (I don't fall asleep easily/quickly, but even in a calm environment that somehow happens a lot sooner with these in), the service is above and beyond (I faced a battery issue)!They also made a great decision to include the Comply foam tips: the former ones caused discomfort (dryness/irritation like) at times after hours of sleep, that does not appear to be the case with these.
I got a QuietOn 3.1 earbuds two years ago. It failed after a few months.In 2025 I bought a QuietOn 4 for my wife. She is quite sensitive to noise and has been using conventional foam earbuds all her life. She has been using QuietOn for months and is happy with them because it reduces noise better that conventional foam.A few months ago I got a new QuietOn 4 for me. It works pretty well, as I have tested with the snoring of my wife….I seems that QuietOn 4 is more reliable than 3.1.It's a unique product, a very useful one. I've been looking for similar products on the market, and none of them have the active noise reduction system. I hope the company is successful and will continue to improve the product.
Got QuietOn3 in Jan.2023, didn't expect much. But it occurred to be a Game Changer in my life. Simply, got in love with it. Provides me with silence and good sleep anywhere, anytime I want. I have tried other similar products too, but this one is with the best Active Noise Canceling, the Easiest to use and maintain, and Very Comfortable for sleep (thanks to the adjusting cushions in the set). Only this one, really definitely helps my sleep, and solves practically all potential noise problems that you may face (snoring in the room, wild parties next door, noisy street outside, anything...), just switch offs them :)After 3 years of heavy use, occurred a problem with the battery of one of the ear buds. Contacted the company for support (first time after purchase) and they were so kind to directly propose a change of the malfunctioning bud with new one, for free. All this, fast, easy, more than expected :).Definitely, a reliable and very supportive brand and product, which easy becomes one of the most important partners in life, when you feel the difference. Strongly recommend to everybody.
I, too, can't understand the negative reviews here at all.That's why I'm sharing my experience.As someone sensitive to noise, the QuietOn 3.1 and 4.0 are absolute game-changers, and not just at night.When I'm sitting in the park in the sun, I can effectively block out the city and people noise without anyone noticing that I'm wearing headphones.They've also helped me on many flights by dampening the drone of the engines so it no longer bothers me.I find the technology fascinating in that I can still be spoken to and am not completely "deaf."The ergonomic shape makes them very comfortable to wear, so I can wear them for hours without any discomfort, unlike many competitor products.When the left earbud unfortunately stopped charging, QuietOn's customer service responded very quickly and was able to provide me with a replacement.From my perspective, one of the best products for people with sensitive sound perception.
I absolutely love the earbuds - I tried them out from a friend (using her extra tips) and got my own QuietOns 6 months ago. They really help me sleep next to a snoring spouse and in noisy hotels when traveling for work. They've also been great when traveling by plane or train as they drown out the background noise and help me concentrate. The service I got from the company was top notch.
I’ve been using QuietOn for a couple of years now and it’s the only thing that has calmed my mind. I use them during the night but I also love to pop them in during the day when I just get overwhelmed by the constant buzz of life. They literally changed my life, for the first time in years I wake up feeling refreshed. I just bought my second pair as my old one’s case has been damaged over time and doesn’t charge.
