The essential oil I purchased was completely adulterated. Their return policy allows for returns within 60 days, but my request was ignored, which is quite disappointing. Other products may also be fake or adulterated. I’ve compared them with others from reputable sources.
Your web page states that you ship out in one day...(that did not happen) Also the shipping took two weeks. I had reached out to find out what happened to the package, and the rep stated that the post office did not update on their end when the package would arrive.Secondly, when I received the oils...the font is so little I had to get a Magnifying Glass to see the names of each one.Lastly, the scents were just ok...and when I added the my candles I were making. Well the scent dissipated.So it's a no to the Company.
