Brought a Louis Vuitton bag and as soon as I opened it the zip material ripped away. I was then messaged implying I had been rough with the item. When I have other vintage Louis’ and know how to treat them. To this day my message is unread and not replied to. customer service and over priced for the quality I received (as the tag broke off)edited 17/09 The bags handle has now come loose one side as the leather looks extremely delicate and worn. still no reply to my message weeks ago
I ordered a Prada bag and it was broken. This was not mentioned in the sales description or pictures. I got a reply from them that the bag was not broken when they sent it, which is not true. The return costs would have been €160 from Finland to Germany and they did not agree to compensate anything other than €40 for the bag. So I had to keep a broken bag and I get €40 back for a bag that cost €315. Vintage on Friday's responses also took a really long time. Really bad customer service. I will never order from here again.
