Customer service ignored my inquiries until I escalated the issue, only to receive aggressive emails offering a minimal refund or charging me to return the defective item, despite their policy stating otherwise. Thankfully, I received a voucher to cover the return shipping, but the seller still evaded accountability. Disgraceful operation.
