Caps took an unexpected vacation I ordered three caps from a certain online retailer. What I received was a damaged, unsealed box… and apparently only part of my order. The delivery photo even shows the box open, indicating my caps made a break for it during transit. Tracking? Non-existent for weeks. Later, I discovered that the order was shipped from outside the country, giving off strong dropshipping-from-abroad vibes. To make matters worse, the print doesn’t appear genuine or original, which raises even more concerns. I provided proof and reached out to the support team — it turned into the classic blame game of “not our issue.” The seller blames the courier, and the courier probably blames gravity. The end result: missing items and lost funds. If you enjoy surprises (and not the pleasant kind), this might be the place for you. Personally, I wanted caps, not a mystery.

Unexpected extra charges

I ordered five caps and waited almost two weeks, although they stated an estimated delivery of seven days. What’s worse is that I had to pay an additional £43! For caps costing £155, plus £43 in the UK! They didn’t inform me about this beforehand, claiming it was in the terms and conditions. I’ve ordered from other countries without any extra fees. I will never shop here again. Avoid at all costs!

Difficult return process

I submitted a return to this company and received a return label for Spain. I printed and sent the cap using international shipping, costing me £15. After two weeks, the cap returned, and my return was rejected without explanation. When I complained, they sent me a new return label to the UK, where postage would be around £5. When I asked why I had to send it to Spain and spend £15, I received a rude reply stating I should be grateful for the free return. The communication has been frustrating, and they seem indifferent to customer concerns. I lost money due to their mistakes, and they refuse to take responsibility.

Cap order confirmation but no updates

I ordered a cap and received a confirmation email, but there were no tracking updates. However, the cap did arrive, so I appreciate that, but having tracking information would improve the experience.

Unresponsive after returning an item

I purchased an item and returned it, but after over a month, I received no response. I regret using standard delivery. It seems they acted as if it never arrived. I've already filed a lost item form, and if it shows as delivered, it’s clear what’s happening based on other reviews... avoid this place!

Happy regular customer

I’m now a regular customer! I’ve placed three orders for beautiful, high-quality trucker hats. The products are fantastic, communication is excellent, and the prices are unbeatable, with a huge selection of top-notch hats. Plus, they plant a tree for my order! What more could I ask for? The shipment confirmation emails are a nice touch! Highly recommend!

One star is too generous

One star is too generous. This feels like a complete scam. I suspect the five-star reviews are fake. There's no tracking, no confirmation, and definitely no cap. They just take your money and vanish. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, as I've unfortunately been scammed by this unreliable company. Please stay away and do NOT BUY!
