Avoid this seller!

I placed an order but received the wrong item, a much cheaper alternative. I requested a full refund, but was only offered a partial amount. After accepting that reluctantly, two months have passed with no refund and numerous unanswered emails. Avoid this company!

I ordered an item from this awful company and received something entirely different. When I raised the issue, they offered me a fraction of my money back.
