Open, constructive advice when I needed to hire. Good PoV on market rates and availability of skills and really down to earth style and communication. Also helped build a great selection process to ID the right fit which was more important it turned out than skill!

As a former candidate and client, I have always found Viqu to be proactive. Many agencies just seem to randomly email. It seems the art of picking up the phone has alluded most people yet its the most impactful way to be at least heard. I wouldn't use an agency if the didnt regularly call me even if I didnt have anything for them. I would also be reluctant to use an agency who did not at least make the effort to call me too. Well done for standing out Matt, you have always made time to make calls and on the odd occasion to recieve them too even when its not convenient. Keep it up
VIQU have been great in finding me a number of contract roles over the years. And that’s not where the service stops, once working their clients they keep in touch and will make the effort to meet me too. There are a lot of recruitment companies out there and it’s difficult to find reputable ones. These guys know what they are talking about and listen to what you want instead of spamming you with irrelevant opportunities. Keep up the good work
I don't have anything positive to say about VIQU. 3 interactions now, much conversation and preparation and getting 2 interviews but when not selected , no further contact. Of course they will say its because they didn't receive feedback from their client but i expect at least a call. I almost struck them off last year because of a bad feeling about Conor , but it seems endemic .. must come from the top
