Review Time
I’m an online course junkie. This is one of the very few that I sat down and binge watched like a Netflix docuseries. Definitely worth taking the time to go through and implement all of the strategies. I’m a seasoned creator, and I’ve taken away a few golden nuggets that I am going to plug into my socials and business.
This company's value proposition sounded like exactly what our healthcare start-up was looking for. They offer great material free of charge. BUT, multiple attempts at trying to schedule an introductory call with a human being have been unsuccessful. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Not sure how they can bring on new clients if their sales/marketing team can't even be bothered. I generally don't write reviews like this but felt it was needed here. How can I be assured that they won't continue being unresponsive after they take my money? In comparison, their competitors (believe me there are a LOT of them that are exceptional) with equally solid results got back to me within 24 hours and scheduled calls within a week. That's what you should expect. Keep looking for options other than this company.
This is based off my initial interview with this company. Showed up late to the meeting and didn't give an apology or reason for being late.I asked for a pitch and an overview of what these guys do. We are just getting started on social media so explained we were checking out companies as we build our tech stack. Having no deck, no collateral or even the willingness to explain what they did beyond a single sentence, the salesperson, cut the call short and immediately bailed on the call. Complete waste of my and my collogues time. The sad thing is, we have the budget for this and really wanted to understand how they could fit into our social media rollout. Very unprofessional and something I have never experienced before.
