This is a scam business who needs to go to school for customer service and their stuff is fake not supposed to be sandy grit left over buddy that’s HOW YOU TELL TIS FAKE also go read how they respond to one ☾✮☆✮☽ reviews they obviously were picked on and taking it out on their customers how sad they willBe their own demise and it’s happening before their eyes.
Excellent product, however PUREBLACK truly does not care about there customers and if they actually received the product. Had a subscription however I had a death in the family and I was not going to be home for a minimum of 2 weeks I attempted to pause the subscription. After emailing back and forth I was able to accomplish that, I was told the subscription would start back up on the following month which it did I was charged my monthly subscription fee on 5/12. I waited 2 weeks for my order which I never received it’s now 6/3 with no resolution in site. However I have been told several times by a customer service representative named Joshua A. every excuse possible “it’s my fault” “check with my bank” “I don’t have any orders through them” etc etc always pointing the finger at me like it’s my fault when all I wanted was what I paid for. To now be told by Joshua A. that he is canceling my subscription and refunding my money? All I want is what I paid for, I’m not sure what gives him the rite to cancel my subscription however through all this I’m still not mad at him I just want what I paid for almost a month ago. I I use PureBlack Shilajit daily and it’s an amazing product why is there customer support so awful? This all could have been resolved in a 5min reasonable conversation instead I’m writing this review???
It is easy to understand that I am not just a company but a family in the end, I have never had a good relationship between consumers and producers, the guys of purblack are always available and very kind, in addition to the quality of the products this for me is an essential reason to continue buying from them
I found Purblack at a Herbal Health store that well known for carrying reliable trust brands. Because I felt tired all the time and lack of energy, it seems like no motivation to do things. This store owner recommend me to take Purblack Shilajit said this is a good quality brand, I am taking less than 2 weeks and feel my energy starting coming back. I am so happy to found Purblack.
