Poor delivery

Design and Ordering process went great, but it all fell apart with poor delivery. Delayed, incredibly cumbersome process to get status on delivery, not possible to communicate with driver when out for delivery (was told ups drivers don’t have cellphones). Eventually, UPS handed the delivery over to another company, Bring. Got my package before Christmas, and I suspect it was only because I put pressure on ups centrally. Vistaprint: as a customer I would be happy to pay more, just to avoid depending on ups. The calendars/product ordered were as expected.

Not worth your time

2 000 NOK face mask order. Three months, reordered through customer service twice (mail). No delivery. After calling the customer service I finally got an honest answer, not able to deliver.No information was sent out to me during this time period, and I suspect my money would be pocketed by Vistaprint if I did not follow up. Stay away, not worth your time.

They are trying

Had some issue with delivery of a COVID mask I ordered from them but they did correct it when I contacted them and provide a discount.I think they were a bit overwhelmed with demand for COVID-19 masks.

watch out for hidden fees!!

I used Vistaprint back in the US and they were great, so decided to use them again in Norway. First I checked prices with local print shops and later decided to use Vistaprint online for a "better deal". It was a good deal until I received a bill from UPS for toll fees (469 NOK). How can they get away with this? I ordered business cards from vista print.no expecting, that it comes from Norway, but shipment came from Nederlands. There was no warning about it during the ordering process. SHAME!!! Will recommend all my network circles to avoid Vistaprint in Norway.
