As a student, I've been compelled to use this service for years. The pages don't correspond with the actual text. The AI feels outdated, reminiscent of technology from 1996. The chat support is equally poor. Considering the cost of digital book rentals, my materials should function correctly. No one answers phone calls, and the so-called 'agent' is just another computer. It's frustrating to feel misled by a mandatory academic platform.

Unacceptable service

The app simply does not function; it fails to download the books I purchased. When I reached out for support, I was met with an AI chatbot. After explaining my situation, I was directed to what they call a 'team member.' This person seemed to be another AI, as they just copy-pasted responses without addressing my concerns. They insisted I download the application again, despite already showing proof that it was running. It’s baffling that a company like this can operate under such circumstances.

Poor application

The application is terrible. It doesn't allow printing or saving. The user interface is poorly designed and seems hastily assembled. It has hindered my studies significantly, and I will be switching to a different platform.

Lack of access to textbooks

Our school recently partnered with a service. I requested access for two classes and additional access for another, but despite assurances, my students have been unable to access any course materials after the first week. I've emailed them multiple times, only to receive vague responses that don't address my issue. I would not recommend this service.

Issues with the app

I purchased a book for the app. On my first attempt to use it, I encountered a 'looping login issue.' Customer support informed me that I must wait 24 hours for their engineers to resolve it, which seems unreasonable.
