NOT RECOMMENDED - STEER CLEAR & SAVE YOUR MONEY. Upon receiving the belts, I found they wrapped around me nearly twice (I have a typical waist size of 34). I reached out to the company, and they suggested I could cut them to the desired length. However, after cutting, the belts' hook no longer aligned with the clasp system. When I informed them, they suggested I PURCHASE replacement belts. Poor design and even worse customer service!
The company sells a belt that comes in a box with both a leather strap and a buckle. The main issue is with the buckle's clasp, which easily detaches when pressed inward, causing it to pop off. This happens when adjusting the belt or even while pulling up pants. The company claimed this was a 'feature' but did not mention it in the product description. When I requested a refund due to the buckle's failure, they ignored my request despite their 30-day return policy. Customer service was slow and unhelpful, refusing a refund even though the product is NOT fit for purpose. I had to go through a resolution process to get my money back. I would give a negative review if possible. Avoid this company as they ship from overseas. I purchased the same style from another seller for half the price, and it’s of better quality.
The ordering process was efficient; the packaging was nice and protective. The only concern I might have is that the adjustable notches on the belt may not extend far enough. The idea was to eliminate the need for punching new holes. I haven’t given it to him yet, but I tried it on myself, and I hope he can tighten it adequately! I will confirm after Christmas :)
