Works well as advertised. Love that I can easily tighten the belt after the first tightening settles in.Don't love the end connector. Several times it has open when I fiddled with the belt to centre the buckle. Something, probably a belt loop, catches the finger grove and pops the flap open. Easy to fix but annoying when it happens.
Two belts ordered from this company as Christmas gifts. Both arrived in a simple plastic bag so that the boxes containing the belts were split and broken - no longer viable as gifts. Asked the company if they could send me replacement boxes. They refused stating I should have taken out their loss/theft/damage insurance!! Unbelievably indifferent customer service. Can’t speak to quality of the belt - threw than out and have now ordered from a competitor. Stunned by this add on cost scam and sending the story to Trading Standards. My advice? Shop elsewhere.
I bought 2 and within a few days the buckle got stuck when I had to go to the bathroom. Had to hold till I was able to dislodge it after a few minutes. For the money I paid for the belts, a poor quality buckle is absolutely unacceptable! I asked them to send me a replacement buckle and it’s been 3 weeks - no response
