It's not just theory or a course you pay for and then get basic templates, you're actually gettinf access to insight support and real world experience from people doing the work and being really open about it. There's also a good sense of accountability too which makes a big difference when you're trying to grow and stay consistent.If you're serious about property and want to be around people who are playing at a higher level Viva is 100% worth it.
The Viva Program gave me a much clearer understanding of how property development actually works from start to finish. It’s not just surface-level content, it dives into deal structuring, feasibility, and decision-making, which is where the real value is. I feel a lot more confident analysing opportunities now compared to before.
I joined in January this year. I find the engagement by Michael and his team very genuine. I have been with 2 other platforms but now finally receiving the authentic information I need to move forward. All the team and even the members are so eager to help guide with their own experiences with their projects and Michael gets serious involved to guide where needed. I am do glad I decided to be part of this group.
