Had our unit for 12 months, only 12 months and our head broke. The coils snapped internally I guess. But the worst part is, this happened in December, it is now March, and we still do not have our replacement head. We have had to operate in our coldest months , without using our unit that is only a year old. I don't understand how any company can operate in that manner when one of your main functions is heating. Totally unreliable customer service. Had to deal with running space heaters for the coldest months of the year.
I bought a dual head system for a new build, and from the moment it was installed, I've faced nothing but issues. It either fails to heat or cool effectively. After spending thousands on HVAC technicians and communicating back and forth with the support team, it was eventually discovered that the compressor was broken. Now, nearly a year later, I'm facing another $1000 bill to install a part on a unit that arrived defective. Getting in touch with their customer service to resolve this matter or cover the repair costs has been nearly impossible. I've called and emailed repeatedly for months, and it feels like I'm being ignored. I strongly advise against dealing with this company or purchasing their products. The warranty only covers parts, not labor, so if you receive a defective unit, you're still left with repair costs, assuming you can even reach someone to get the necessary parts.
I had an outstanding service experience! Fast, convenient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I was so impressed that I've been sharing my positive experience with everyone. I purchased two units for a great price and inquired about a discount recently. Although they were not obligated to help, they did so without hesitation. Such service is rare these days!
Quick delivery, arrived in great condition, well-packaged on a pallet. I spent a lot of time reading the manuals and found good online resources for installing mini split units. The installation was relatively straightforward; I took my time and didn't rush. I chose the floor-mounted unit, primarily for heating, with AC as a bonus. The installation was clean, and I had a licensed technician check my work and vacuum the lines. The only downside is the warranty being voided since I did the installation myself. I believe there should be some warranty for self-installers, which is why I rated it 4 stars.
