I placed an order on a Saturday afternoon, and after completing payment via PayPal, I realized the shipping address had been auto-filled incorrectly—somehow it was set to an address outside Hong Kong. I panicked and immediately emailed VIVAIA’s support team to request a change. A diligent representative named Willing responded promptly and helped cancel the order from their system. I was incredibly impressed by the speed and professionalism of their service.I then reordered the same item, but this time I accidentally selected the wrong size. Forgive me for being so careless—but once again, their customer support team came through and helped me correct the issue. I truly couldn’t be more grateful.VIVAIA has earned my trust as a reliable shoe brand. I’ve bought two pairs in just two weeks—they’re incredibly comfortable and stylish. I bought two pairs of shoes, a pointed flat and a heel. The pointed flat is very comfortable whilst the heel was a tad bit tight at the pointed end. I bought these a week before Black Friday and when I saw the discount I contacted the co and they honoured the sale price. They were very fast to respond too which makes their customer service great. The only down side of this shoes is that the sizes are not available and it’s not replenished quickly enough.

These shoes are marketed as high-quality and sustainable, but to my surprise, after I bought them I noticed they were being shipped to Europe from China. This led me to look into the sustainability claims made by the company and found out that they are not transparent AT ALL. They use recycled plastics, yes, but they take that one facet of their production and wrap every other shady thing in it. They're owned by a big Chinese corporation. I should have done my research beforehand, but fell for their claims and cute aesthetic. I will say that their marketing is great - they're paying influencers (pennies) left and right and the greenwashing is working. So sad. If you care about sustainability, the environment, and good working conditions: avoid.
