I have had my "Rita's" for a few years and was excited that they made a boot cover/leg warmer that allowes me to change the look of my boots. I got them and have worn them once. They are comfortable and very stylish so I shared the information about them and the sale with my daughter.
LOVE Vivaia! The shows are super comfortable and the customer service top-notch. Recently, I purchased my usual size, which, for this shoe, happened to be too big. Because I need the shoes for an upcoming event, I paid for the expedited shipping. I was sure that because I had to exchange them, I wouldn't have the new pair in time. But Vivaia shipped them to me within two days of the exchange! I didn't even have to ask; they shipped them the same day I asked for the exchange. Outstanding shoes!Outstanding customer care!
Great, comfortable shoes in various styles and colors. Sustainability is a priority when it comes to materials. Very durable. I've already bought three different pairs and will be ordering another pair soon. I highly recommend Vivaia, especially their accessories. I'd gladly order again.
Elegant, stylish, I have purchased ballerinas in beige and low ankle boots in chocolate, great colour and very comfortable. I'm usually size eu36.5 with slim feet but selected size eu37 which is comfortable. Highly recommend, best is they are VEGAN💚
I ordered the Margot 2.0 flats in a beautiful green. The size 7 was a bit too big so I asked to exchange. The process was seamless and very quick- I received my new shoes two days after I started the return! The communication was fantastic. Love this company and its customer support!
