I have had access to multiple other well known on demand providers of the ACCA courses, and I must admit that I find the Viva Financial Tuition videos are so much better presented, the course material is more clearly explained and the tutors are real tutors, unlike some other providers using a computer generated voice, which I can not follow at all. Still other providers simply go through the Kaplan or BPP books as their slides. Absolutely, after 6 months of comparing providers, VIVA is the best.
I didn't know where to start in studying for my first case study so i decided to sign up for the VIVA elite course. The bitesize videos relating core activities to the scenario were brilliant and the marked mocks extremely useful. I quickly learnt how to layout my answers and manage the time pressure effectively.
I have never used or needed a tuition provider before but going into my CIMA Strategic case study, I wanted to give myself the best chance of success. Viva certainly gave that to me.The SCS tutor, Laura, is unbelievably good and above being extremely knowledgeable, both in terms of the SCS exam techniques and CIMA technical theory, she made every session fun and an absolute pleasure to attend. I couldn't recommend her more highly.The varied Viva resources and modules were also very well structured and met the objective of being able to adequately prepare me for the SCS exam. The marked mocks were a huge confidence boost and highlighted weak areas for improvement. I particularly found the "Applied Series" beneficial in coming to grips with how to apply key SCS theory into practical, pre-seen relevant questions.All in all, you couldn't ask for a better product or service. I only wish I had used Viva sooner in my CIMA journey.
Andrew and the VIVA team provide a fantastic Case Study Course - recapping on essentials from the Objective test modules. The Case Study detail provided was amazing and the mock exams available, as well as feedback was really something that helped me in my preparation for the exam. The weekly workshops are a great way to brush up on areas you're not sure of and ask questions - truly invaluable.
Excellent tutor provider, have used for both my CIMA OCS and MCS and have been so pleased with the tutors, materials and webinars. I'm planning to use Viva for the strategic level exams too and will recommend to anyone I know who is studying 😊
