I used Viva for the OCS exam and I'm glad I did. The videos were very helpful in structuring my revision and picking out the relevant parts of the E1, F1 and P1 papers. The preseen analysis was excellent and the mock exams were the perfect prep for the real thing with helpful advice given about the best way to approach the OCS exam. I would definitely recommend Viva and will be using them again.
I bought the all access package to supplement the CIMA FLP material. I think it’s the best decision I’ve made because for the price it’s been excellent. The CIMA case study material is nothing compared to what you get with VIVA. Also, even though its not pertinent as you do not complete objective tests via the FLP route you can still view the objective test material and questions etc to help practice the knowledge.
Viva’s Strategic Case Study programme and framework is comprehensive and well balanced. It’s not theory overload, rather, a combination of theories and application. Their materials are well crafted that I was able to target my studies efficiently.Laura, the course’s tutor, is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. There was never a dull workshop with her, and the way that she sliced and provided insights on the topics were practical and her experience tells a lot on the way she delivered the lessons.Highly recommend to go with Viva for your SCS review!
The SCS Elite course is excellent. The Pre-seen analysis, E, P, F Applied series and Mock exams are all excellent for final SCS preparation. A huge thank you to Laura Winkworth for all your input with the classes and your guidance throughout the course.
Up to the SCS, I had used just CIMA study but wanted an extra support to get me over the line with the SCS. VIVA was a great choice, the videos for revision and case study review, sample questions and mock questions had me more than ready for the exam which I passed first time.The feedback on the mock questions was very helpful and I’d definitely recommend get a few mocks corrected.I struggled to watch the webinars live due to other commitments (usually 2 young kids screaming in the background!) but being able to log in at a time that suited me was brilliant, I could stop and take notes or highlight as I needed.
The case study material from Viva is just the ticket, relevant, comprehensive and at the right level to ensure a pass.At the price for the standard package it also costs less than a resit too. 3 x first time case study passes thanks to this material
Viva's SCS course is amazing. Laura does an amazing job breaking down the company and applying the different topics. The videos emphasise everything you have learned.Viva mocks are the closest to the exam. I highly recommend the course.I am done with all my CIMA Exams. Thank you so much.
Thanks to learning with Viva Financial Tuition I managed to pass F3 exam in February 2024 (with Ben Wilson) and SCS in May 2024 (with Laura Winkworth). The courses for candidates and Lecturers are just excellent and I wish I got to know about VIVA earlier- otherwise I am pretty sure I would have completed CIMA much earlier.
It was my first time using VIVA during my CIMA journey. I failed OCS a couple of times and I didn't use any provider so I wanted an extra support and I decided to join VIVA on the Elite course. I passed MCS on the first attempt. The webinars, workshops, material and mocks are very useful and I felt the preparation I had was much better than my previous case study. Lousie, the course's tutor, is brilliant and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend VIVA for a great case study preparation and to pass on the first attempt. I will definitely sign up for SCS!
