My journey wasn't without its challenges; after initially struggling with the Operational Case Study (OCS), I joined the VIVA Elite Membership. Plenty of resources there. The course was well-structured and highly exam-focused, which made a big difference in helping me understand what is required to pass. The materials were clear, practical, and aligned closely with the actual exam format. I particularly found the mock exams and feedback very useful, as they helped me improve my exam technique and time management.The tutors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. Their explanations were easy to follow, and they provided valuable insights into how to approach different types of questions. The guidance on structuring answers and applying theory to case scenarios was especially helpful.
The breakdown of the course materials and the application to the pre-seen is very helpful.I used the mocks to practice my timing since I had identified that as my weakness.Overall, the content, marking points and mocks made passing my case study easier.I passed with a score of 90 which is incredible for me.
