VIVA are by far the best tuition provider out there. I had been away from my studies for a couple of years and was battling a mine field in terms of providers and where to start. Viva Financial Tuition has been a great resource I have been using for the last couple of years on my CIMA journey. The biggest value for me is Case Study preparation - so far I passed Case Study exams with no issues and for my last exams left I also will be relying on VIVA. I find OT exam materials very useful as well - very difficult topics are explained in a simple way with lots of video resources and tests for each topic. Well recommended!
VIVA was without a doubt an invaluable study tool that helped me not only understand the topics and syllabus but how to approach the exam and the writing technique that is needed. As knowing the topics off by heart won't get you a pass it is how you apply the theory to fit the question that is being asked. Something that VIVA helped me understand and utilise and as a result I was able to pass the May MCS and the Nov SCS first time.With the help of VIVA's study plan, mocks and the knowledge from their tutors especially Laura Winkworth who was invaluable for me as she helped build my confidence and helped me understand the approach to take with the SCS. I can not rate her more, I know I would be in a completely different position without her guidance.
Viva Tuition is the best provider that I have used, they are truly on point with their content. The mock exams are realistic and I could not have done it without them. I have passed the SCS first time (Nov23) after writing MCS 4x times with other providers. Highly recommended. Thank you team Viva
All the notes for the elite course should be made available or distributed beforehand or upon commencing the course and no Mock should be attempted before this. Creates unnecessary pressure attempting questions when not fully prepared or read through the notes especially if got to SCS level by way of exemptions.
Used Viva for my OSC in Aug 23 and I'm happy to confirm I passed on my first attempt! Kelly is an amazing teacher, she explained the concepts and tricky subjects in a way it makes sense. I will not hesitate to recommend and to use them again in the future.
I subscribed to Viva for my MCS and SCS. I managed to pass both case studies on my first attempt. VIVA helped me with writing techniques, and the mock exams were helpful in setting the context for the exam day! I find their pre-seen explanation and industrial analysis very thorough, and this helped my crash course!
