If I could say -0 stars I would! They prey on young girls to buy dresses and then they enroll them into an automatic withdrawal program taking $29.99 a month. They hope that you don’t cancel or see the monthly charges!!!! Don’t buy a thing from them!!!!
This company is a scam with no receipt stating they will charge you 29.99 per month after you make an order through them. I called them, they stated they would issue a refund to my account, as I was charged 3 times for this. They started to issue the refunds, then cancelled the refunds after they showed up as pending on my account making them not go through. They cancelled one charge that was pending, but have not resolved the refunds that I was told would be issued. They will steal your money and hope you do nothing when they decline a refund, I had to argue with them, then they agreed to the refund and initiated it, but later went and cancelled the refunds.
This site is a scam. As all of the other 1-star reviews have stated, they automatically sign you up for a $29.99 monthly VIP access and refuse to refund the money. I also filed a BBB complaint, it's the only way to hold them more accountable for taking advantage of people in this way, A COMPLETE SCAM. And their clothes are garbage..
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A FAKE "VIP MEMBERSHIP" THAT YOU DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (ONLY TAKES 5 MIN) AND THE REVIEWS ON THERE SHOW THEY ARE NOT A BBB ACCREDITED COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH VIVIELLE BOUTIQUE.
Fraud!Do not use! Dress arrived and was no longer wanted. I prompted the customer service team to issue me a refund, which took about 3 weeks to actually get instructions on. They are now with-holding my refund and sending me the same email over and over. Do not give them the custom!!
They are a scam!!! Do not buy! First it took them forever to deliver my order. I contacted customer service and they said don't worry we'll make sure it delivers before your bd party but it was not! and then the dress was delivered and it was a total garbage!!!!!!!! I mean I can't even believe it! Do they think that people are fools and don't notice how much different two things are? They pictures online showed a completely different dress! They just desperately tried to make it look similar to the pictures! I mean it looked like a child tried to sew it based on the pic! It was even a different color!!!!! and then I called customer service and they hung up on me!!!! and then I called again and again and again until they responded and said you cant return without fees and after I accepted and said ok I pay the return fees to get rid of this garbage they said they'll send an email but they did not!!!!!!!!!!! I mean I cannot believe that it happened in the US and they're still doing business in US!
