I ordered a dress from an instagram ad and realized months later that they had been charging a monthly fee or 29.99. There is no record of this membership in my email. My bank reached out to me in January 2025 and asked if I had made the purchase and I said no, so the card was cancelled and the fraud department is reimbursing the money. Very much a scam as there's no record of this alleged membership or ability to cancel it. Don't do business with this company.
I purchased a dress through Vivielle, and a month later, it still hasn't been shipped out for delivery. Moreover, I thought I was getting the dress at a good price, little did I know that there was a hidden sign-up for the VIP membership program. My order had no information indicating that I was signing up for this program, but a little more than a full business week from purchase, I was charged an additional $29.99 for VIP membership I didn't ask for. I didn't even use the benefits, but when I found out about it, I couldn't even get a refund from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
Purchased a dress on August 28, I did not receive until almost 3 weeks later. Because the lack of sizing guides and actual useful reviews on their website (not just generic reviews from influencers who got free clothes) I purchased a size too large. It has taken all of September to get a refund and a return label. After 10 emails and Instagram chat messaging they finally said that as a "gesture' I could keep the dress and they would refund me. I logged into my bank and realized that bot only did they NOT refund me, they charged me TWICE. I don't intend on keeping the badly made dress that is too big, but I have started the dispute with my bank. DO NOT BUY from this scam website. If the company replies: I have all my email, chat, bank, and product photos. Tell the truth and stop scamming people.
Ordered the Liza Lace Mini Dress and its wonderful. Surprisingly high quality given it was shipped from China. The only thing is that it took around 2 weeks for it to arrive, which was to be expected. Other than that, I wear this dress so much!
